Limestone Grinding Plant Machine
A limestone grinding plant consist of a complete set of machines. For example, there are crushers to crush the limestone to required sizes to feed into limestone grinding mill. The limestone grinding mill will grind the feed limestone in closed chambers. Limestone Grinding Process
After have an understanding of the limestone grinding plant machine, we will come to the limestone grinding process. Firstly, the great slumps of limestone will be crushed by primary and even secondary crushers to required sizes to be fed into the grinding mill. Then the feed limestone will be transferred to raw material silo through bucket elevator. From the raw material silo, the feed limestone will go into the limestone grinding mill with required amount through the feeding device. In the limestone grinding machine, the feed limestone will be ground and impacted by the ball media in the working grinding mill. According to the needs of desired fineness calcium carbonate powder, the limestone grinding mill will be set to operate for respective period of time. After this, the partially ground calcium carbonate will be blown into air classifier. In the classifier, with rapid turning of wheel, the partially ground calcium carbonate will be further cut into more fine powder. While at the same time, the coarse powder will be rejected and be returned to limestone grinding mill for second time grinding with raw material. The fine calcium carbonate powder then will be transferred to product silo through bucket elevator. And there the final ground calcium carbonate will be packed automatically or manually.
