At the end of 2012, a customer from Egypt reached Daswell for help. His existing silica and feldspar grinding plant did not work well. Daswell sent professional expertise to carefully check the situations of customer’s plant. We found that the existing plant was poorly designed and were equipped with outdated equipment. To meet customer’s needs, we provide him with Daswell advanced ball mill and classifying system for silica and feldspar grinding plant. And to ensure the high purity of end product, the interior of Daswell ball mill and classifiers were equipped with ceramic plates.
We provides the customer with 2.2*7.5m ball mill, ASS630 classifier and XMC60-4 bag dust collector. With these high quality equipment, the new silica and feldspar grinding plant can produce silica and feldspar powder with D98(45,100,150micron). And the plant started to operate on August, 2013.
According to customer feed, the silica and feldspar grinding plant produced quality fine powder with great whiteness, uniform and consistency. The customer was so satisfied with the Dawell designed quartz grinding plant that he contacted us again in 2014 and expressed his wish to build another ground quartz plant with greater capacity. In line with customer’s needs, Daswell offers tailored solution for the ground quartz plant. We also offered the ball mill and classifying system for the silica and feldspar plant, but with different diameter. The ball mill is about 2.4*8m and the classifier is model ASS830 with diameter 400mm single wheel. Besides, we provided them with XMC70-6 bag dust collector to ensure dust free working environment.
The new plant can produce silica and feldspar powder with fineness 38, 45 and 100 micron, with capacity of 3.2ton/hour, 3.8ton/hour and 5.8ton/hour.
