On November 26th, 2018, Daswell delivered a complete set of equipment for calcium carbonate plant for our customer in Egypt. The customer wants to build a plant to produce ground calcium carbonate powder with fineness D97(5-45micron). According to customer’s needs, Daswell offers turnkey solutions for the calcium carbonate plant and provides quality machinery. The ground calcium carbonate process plant designed by Daswell is equipped with ball mill and classifying system. And to produce high quality ground calcium carbonate powder with desired fineness, the ground calcium carbonate grinding plant is equipped with ball mill for calcium carbonate, primary and secondary classifiers. The diameter of calcium carbonate grinding ball mill is 2.2 *5.5m. And the primary classifier is model AMS8003 with 3 wheels, diameter 400mm, while the secondary classifier has one horizontal wheel with diameter 500mm. And the plant was installed on November 2014. For now, Daswell has delivered seven set of ball mill and classifier system for mineral processing plants around the world.
