In 2014, another customer from Egypt reached us through our former customer. He was impressed by Daswell designed mineral processing plants and awarded us with an order to make a new calcium carbonate plant. After understanding customer’s needs as well as inspecting his construction site, Daswell delivered tailored solutions for his ground calcium carbonate grinding plant. For the core equipment, Daswell provides customer with our advanced ball mill and classifying system. And we also offered our quality calcium carbonate coating machine to meet customer’s needs. The ball mill was 2.2*5.5m in diameter, and classifier was model AMS8003 with 3 wheels, each of which was 400mm in diameter. As a result, the calcium carbonate manufacturing plant could produce fine ground calcium carbonate powder with D97(8 and 10 micron) with capacity 2.8-3.1ton/hour and 2.2-2.4ton/hour. To make coated calcium carbonate powder, Daswell also provided customer with UCOAT750 calcium carbonate coating machine with classifier. The coating machine with classifier could produce coated calcium carbonate powder with a capacity of 3ton/hour. Besides, we also offered XMC60-5 bag dust collector. This plant was open on May, 2015, and the customer is very happy with Daswell designed calcium carbonate plant and we are talking about future collaboration.
